These easy Chicken 65 recipe is a simple and basic recipe for making Chicken 65 using cubed boneless chicken pieces and some spices. Ingredients

• Boneless Chicken meat 2 lbs.

• Oil to fry.

• 2 tsp Corn flour.

• ½ tsp Aji no moto.

• 4 numbers chopped Curry leaves.

• 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste.

• ½ tsp chopped Ginger.

• 1 tsp chopped Garlic.

• ½ tsp Cumin seeds.

• ½ tsp pepper powder.

• 1/2 tsp chilli powder.

• 1/2 tsp salt.

• Egg 1 numbers.

• 2-3 drops Red color(optional) for good looking.

• 5 green chillis.

• ½ bunch chopped Coriander leaves.

Making fried chicken pieces

  1. Take boneless cubed chicken pieces in a bowl. Add pepper powder-pinch, salt, Ajinomoto,1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, corn flour
  2. and mix well. Then add egg and mix it completely.
  3. Heat oil in a frying wok. Add chicken pieces few at a time and fry until it turns into lightly golden brown. Drain and take away.

Making the sauce

  1. Be sure this sauce does not need to be more salty.
  2. Heat 3 tsp oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin, chopped ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped chilies, curry leaves, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, remaining pepper powder, chilli powder, salt, ajinomoto, red color and mix. Cook for a while.
  4. Add little water and then add Fried chicken to this paste and mix well, garnish with coriander leaves and serve this chicken 65 recipe.
